I have been applying for loans so that i can buy a car, i applied on the website of loan locator i can not even remember when i did. Suddenly they hit my account with a debit order exactly on my pay day of R399 without my concern nor approval, how do they charge me without even having contacted me or helping me get a loan.
This is rediculors the reason for applying is to get money not to give money. The lady that i spoke to on the 29/04/2013 Raili has bad attitude and she is very rude the sms they sent me was for me to send id copy payslip and proof of payment for R399 which i did not send any of them but they just decided to debit my account. The reason for giving out the banking details is not for them to debited the account as they please but to get access to verify if the account exists etc. BAD SERVICE, WRONG PROCEDURE
