Owr ford bantam was written of on the 14th of july 2013 my husband got injured bad witch lead to him not getting full pay since then the bantam is not settled yet cause of absa taking there time to send the documents that was needed for the insurance to settle the account, they have received the pyament from the insurance on the 20th of september 2013 know absa told me stil to wait cause the top up needs to be actifaited from absa's side and they told me yesterday that i must wait again i have foned out more then R1500 on them on this case they have made so much problems for us because of them owr accounts cant be payed no money for food what so ever, my point is and my qeustion are they going to recover owr names in fulll?? the settlement letter was send out twice and they have received payment and still keeps on taking money witch we dont even have this case was suppose to been have settled long time ago.
