I did an application for a loan but when i was going through the terms and conditons i did not see the amount of R399 was going to be debited from my account just to apply for a loan, I received an sms from them but i did not respond to anything so i thought my application was cancelled then my account was debited of R399 for no reason, i queried the amount with my bank and returned the money back. I did not agree to anything and they did not provide me with a service and still my was debited of R399, I than got an sms that if i do not pay the amount legal action will be taken against me and the lady was rude and very unprofessional.
