I had gone through the loan locator website as i was looking for a consolidation loan., However after seeing the documents they sent for mandate to deduct R399 form my account i didn't pursue with the application. Now they have deducted R399 from my account making it hard for me to make my monthly debit orders, and when i enquire they are saying i signed the electronic mandate which i believe is a way to rip people off their money. What have i paid for because i am not using their services? I need my money back. We cannot donate for loan causes, they may say t's n c's but i maintain that it is unfair to take money from a client you didn't assist with anything.
I will be taking it much further if need be because i need to have my money reimbursed.
