I am not a client of Std bank but I would never want to be.
I used one of their ATMS to withdraw cash from my account as there was none of my banks ATM's available, during the transaction their ATM went offline and I did not receive my funds it was however deducted form my account, this was on the 4 April 2013 I have just received an sms from my bank stating that according to std bank their ATM's balance and my funds will not be refunded to me. Quite frankly I think that this is bogus I never received any cash from that ATM, either they have somehow managed to cover it up or their staff cannot be trusted, utter daylight.
Please don't trust these people with your money!!!
