My policy with Avbob commenced on the 1st of August and this month they debited my money on the 23rd knowing very well that I get paid on the 25th as agreed.
When I called them this morning to correct this as this could affect my credit record the person who helped me told me that they are on a naedo system which debits 2 days before agreed debit date. Did they bother to tell me this when I was taking up the policy? No!
This lady told me that I can choose the normal debit system so I asked her to change it for me and she tells me I have to write a letter to change it. My question is why was I put on this system in the first place without my knowledge and why make me have to go through the trouble of writing a letter!
