FAILING TO DEBIT ON THE AGREED DATE

I AM WRITING TO HELO PETO COZ AM REALLY SICK AND TIRED OF OLD MUTUAL THEY ARE FAILING TO DEBIT ON THE SAME DATE AS MY OTHER POLICY WITH THEM.I SPECIFICALLY INFORMED THEM MORE THAN 5 TIMES WHICH DAY TO DEBIT BUT ITS LIKE THEY JUST TAKE NEVER MIND WHAT I SAY.FIRST OF ALL AM USING A CHEQUE ACCOUNT WITH FNB AND THE CHARGES ARE VERY HIGH SHOULD THE DEBIT FAIL OR BOUNCE (ITS OVER R100 PER DEBIT) PLEASE INTERVENE ON THIS COZ AM REALLY FED UP, AM REGRETTING THE DAY I TOOK THIS POLICY, I HATE WHAT URL DOING..I HATE THE SERVICE AM GETTING, I HATE THE SYSTEM AND HOW URL DO THINGS.THE THING IS URL ARE SELFISH AND I CURSE THE DAY I TOOK THIS FUNERAL POLICY>CLEARLY URL DONT CARE ABOUT THE CHARGES FNB WILL CHARGE ME, AS LONG AS THE DEBIT WAS SUCCESSFUL AND THATS NOT HOW THINGS ARE DONE.GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY IF URL CANT DELIVER AND ILL GO FOR SANLAM..AM EVEN CONSIDERING REPORTING THIS TO COURT.THIS IS BULL .I VE NEVER HAD A POLICY WITH SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I MEAN I HAVE POLICIES WITH AVBOB AS WELL AS 21st CENTURY AND THEY NEVER LET ME DOWN.ENOUGH IS ENOUGH *ANGRY CLIENT*U PEOPLE REALLY NEED TO PULL UP UR SOCKS, URL ARE DOING THIS COZ URL KNOW VERY WELL U LL INVEST MY MONEY IF I CANCEL!!
