I took out a policy for my grandmother from avbob. When the policy arrived my surname was written incorrectly. I called avbob and told them about this error. I was told to send an email with my ID copy which I did 2 times also requesting my debit date to be changed to the 25th. I never got any response from avbob and I dont know what more to do now coz I sent email a number of times already.
