It takes a special kind STUPID to capture a simple form incorrectly and then on top of that they debit my vehicle instalment twice in 1week... How incompetent can a so-called " absa collections officer" be??? and to top it all off... She says its nt her fault!!!

1st error: debit order date (16th of every month) captured incorectly, 1st car payment which was due on the 16/05/13 didnt go through. received an sms from absa sayin my acc is arrears. called absa on the 18th and they said they will rectify the error. payment was due to go off on the 28/05/13 thereafter on the 16th monthly. payment went off on 30/05/13 not the 28th.
2nd error: come 16/06/13 no debit order from absa, when i call on the 18th, they say they THINK theres a delay, consultant then tells me i can do a once off payment or wait for the debit oder to go off, i opted to wait & i made it quite clear that I WILL WAIT!!! but this incompetent person requested for a once off payment. my fnb acc was debited twice from absa. They requested for my acc to be credited but i received nothing yet, My FNB acc is now overdrawn & i'm due for bad credit rating b'coz of Absa's incompetent employee's
