I called in to the ABSA card hotline and upon requesting closure of my already settled account I was told that the consultants are too busy to take my call and that it would take 5 working days to return my call.
As far as I'm concerned, that is a shocker when it comes to client service and would like to know why there is no one to assist me with the account closure?
