Appallingly slow response from Department

One of my staff systematically withdrew funds from my account amounting to R108, 000. Despite various appeals to Standard Bank no one from their Department has responded. The Bank seems staffed by school leavers, Manager always in a meeting. They cannot help at the Branch, call Department. Waiting and waiting on the phone to wholly inappropriate music so I went home to try, same problem finally got thru joy only to be cut off. Despite various pleas to their call centre, Department has yet failed to respond. Wouldnt you think an event like this would warrant a face to face, that your customer might be upset - well forget that you are on your own with this Bank. They charged me R320 to cancel my cards. Standard have still not called in two weeks during which time Police have the criminal in the cells. The police have been amazing and are to be commended for their support and fast responst so thank you Hout Bay SAPS. Standard Bank, I am done with you. How do you expect me to operate a business with R108, 000 missing from my account. They failed to spot a huge pattern difference and did not report to me.
