More than 10 days to deliver my Credit card

I am leaving for Honeymoon tomorrow and after 10 days have still not received my Credit Card from FNB. I understand that a courier delivers it but today I phoned FNB and they told me that my request was only processed yesterday, 9 days after I received confirmation that they will send it to me. I have 2 x other accounts with FNB already. how could this take so long???
