Its tourmenting how we suffer for the services we pay for. on the 19th of September 2013, i decided to go to Absa branch in Cape Town (adderly street), because i've been waiting for more than two weeks to get a reply from the manager, name Rene Benn. when i got there she advised me she totally forgot about me. Apparently she even forgot about my query i have to rephrase myself about the nature of my query. Because i didn't have a choice, so i did. After explaining my query, which was mainly about the Admin charge of R303.00 of unauthorise debit, which i advised them two months ago. The response from Rene Benn, whom is a customer service manager i guess, was that there is nothing they can do. meaning everytime there's unauthorise debit order whether i report or i'll be charge, she also told me that the reason is the case is because i have a cheque account. i don't whether it's a crime to have a cheque account.
i need my R303 back to my account, if that's how Absa operate making money from fruadster i might consider cancelling my cheque and credit card and go to the bank that will care for their customers
