First National Bank
No response and feedback

I have requested that FNB relook into my credit score and this was requested about 4 weeks ago. Initially this issue was handled by FNB credit which then sent me to a branch and the Branch then sent my request through to CBS and I never had any feedback, 2 weeks back then went back to Ellof street branch for feedback. the consultant then followed up with CBS who then advised that this should not be handled by them but FNB credit. consultant then advised that they will send the request through to credit and provide feedback to me, it is now 2 Weeks and no feedback.

Kindly advise of the correct department to resolve this and/or if anyone at FNB knows the correct procedure to get this resolved, please assist.

It is still okay if FNB will not be able to assist but you need to let me no instead of silent treatment
