Outsurance continue to deduct debit orde

I have on several occasions cancelled my insurance with Outsurance, yet they continue to take money from my bank account every month. I do not own the car anymore, and this I told a agent on the phone. I eventually resorted to stopping the debit order, yet I see that on the 17th of this month they again posted the debit order against my account. I am starting to believe that Outsurance are recklessly submitting debit orders
