FNB: HOW CAN WE ROB YOU?

I am appalled, and sick up to the point where I have contacted another bank for details on moving due to the pathetic attempt of service I get from these imbeciles. I have complained before, they don't respond, and so this issue escalates. FNB is by far the worst bank I have dealt with - no service, empty promises and frustration. Due to their incompetence for the last FOUR MONTHS I have not received my credit card statement on time. Most of us are busy so we wait for that statement to pay. They must love me because they deliberately hold it back so that they can penalize me on arrear accounts and the the day after they have billed me they quickly send the statement. These have only managed to fool me twice. I have asked, even on this platform for this problem to be addressed. I was ignored. FNB claims to be this great bank, but when it comes to service, they'd rather see you lose more money than do their jobs. I can say in all honestly FNB disgusts me. I would be ashamed if I had to work for a thiev-ing company like that. Don't worry, I am off to the newspapers now. It is time that people read about the real FNB. Not addressing problems of clients is so silly. FNB SUX
