Can't get 3 months bank statement

Second time looking for bank statement and i'm tolled to go to archives and there in nothing in archives can't get the bank statement 3 months was asked if i don't recieve bank statement via email when i got to my email so that i can print and take it back to them for stamps it's only one month i'm so frustrated simple because the car dealer really need a 3 months bank statement to process my application.
