Yesterday 30.01.2014 I called the call center because I wanted a bank statement. I spoke to a lady who was very impatient and she promised that she was going to email me the Bank statement. I waited for about an hour and called again and I spoke to a guy Called Nelson who also promise to email the statement to me. I am still waiting for that statement bacause i haven't received.
Over the last few months I've been experiencing bad service from FNB and i'm thinking of changinfg to another bank.
