I have had several enquires at my branch but mostly get told to phone them at # whatever. On 23/09/13 I discovered that my debit order had once again gone of on the 20th of the month, although it was agreed for the 26th of every month. I then spend 35min in the queue to be told I DONT NOW PHONE THEM AT SERVICE SENTRE.I have spoken to relieving manager regarding this staff member before about her attitude.
I NO LONGER want to go to my branch as I feel there's no use to waste time and money if I am not going to be assisted and treated like dirt. Maybe its time to take my business somewhere else.
