I went to Nedbank today to arrange for a special debt order to go through, the day before payday. The at the enquiries counter did not know if this could be done or not. They kept talking amongst themselves and telling me it's going to be an unpaid!!! I just needed some options from Nedbank, real assistance... people who know what the bank has to offer!! not confused, clueless with a bad attitude. they didnt even take the time to ask a manager or someone who knows something. They kept repeating one thing "it's going to be unpaid". Yes, I know you, that's why I came to the bank in the first place, to avoid that!!! The fact that I have to go to the branch for everything at Nedbank is bad enough, to go there and have these people waste my time is just unacceptable!!! Train your staff Nedbank and get rid of the attitude!!! They are a useless bunch who dont even know what they dont know, that's dangerous for business Nedbank!!
