Good customer service

I just want to express my gratitude on service received. Had a break down in Aug 21 of a Jeep Grand Charokee bought in Sept 2012 has only been to its first 20k service. Around 18 hrs while driving from Nelspruit to GP i noticed a coolant signal then oil etc. Knowing the area i could not stop immediately until it was safe to do so. Called Jeep roadside assistance line was not responding i then called Alexander Forbes i was immediately provided with ref no and follow up calls received from consultants who were equally worried about my safety. I was towed back to Nst days after i was called by the consultant to check on me. Its sad that Jeep could not respond to my call only to be told the road side assistance no can only be accessed from a land line. I was told the engine is damaged Chrysler will not fix because i had driven the car for about 13 kms after signal and should have stopped immediately irrespective of where i was and the consequance would have been dealt with then. Therefore if i did not have insurance i could have slept on the side of the road and who knows what could have happened. How the car got back to Nst is not important i dont have car but thanks to AF
