Im extremely disappointed at Absa bank and I will never bank with this bank ever.
I went to the above mentioned bank submitting an updated proof of adress after getting a number of calls from Randburg branch to go at any of their branch.
The attitude I got from Karen at enquiries is disgusting. She didnt even greet me, it was just "how can I help u" After I have told her, she said " and you chose the most busiest day of the month to come for this"! Like its really up to her??
She then draged her feet trying to scan the document I gave her. She told me that it was not clear wara, wara fish cake.
To put the cherry on top, in this branch there's not even a staff member on the floor directing people to different sections. I had to ask from the security which way I had to go.
I will never go to this branch again, even in the tellers staff are just chatting to each other and not attending to clients.
I am just wondering if is this an everyday thing in this branch Mr or Ms branch Manager? This branch deserves to be shut down
