I went to Game store 23/09/2013 and wanted to use my Game-Rcs card. Well I know my card doesn't swipe which is a problem tHey are aware of it. This is my 3rd card that doesn't swipe & I was advised that I'll be charged R50 for it was damaged. I have a few questions regarding this. This is a 3rd card that doesn't swipe clearly there's a problem with the quality of cards given 2 us by RCS, how are 3 cards be damaged yet they all look new without a scratch? I have had an absa debit card for 5 years but it stil works no problem. You charge us crazy high interest rate bt fail to give good quality cards yet we still gotta be billed for "damaged" cards. If this isn't sorted I am going to sue cause I am not accepting this rip off. It aint about the R50 bt ITS THE PRINCIPLE. Spoke to Leroy Samuel who failed to give me answers. Poor service, poor quality cards, I have had it!!!
