I must say Nandos is becoming very popular for providing the worst service, this is my second compliant I am posting now and the worst thing I never expected such bad service from a branck I buy from every week and where people even know me. We ordered food over the phone to pay for them when we get to the restuarant, we ordered over 5 orders and advised the teller that we will be using different cards (awards cards). The lady advised us that one of the cards was declined and giving a Authentication Failed error and asked her to swipe it again but she got the same error. Paid using my debit card but received a call from the card holder advising us (me and Teller) that he did receive a SMS notification of the transaction . spoke to her manager to help but she was sooo useless and advised that the transaction will be reversed after I explained a couple of times that this is a cash card and not a credit card that's not going to happen. We paid twice for one order at a store I vistit every week and after I explianed that they should check their tills if they balance out and that I dont mind paying the next time I visit the store if the transanction doesn't correspond with thery tills
