No customer skills- not so savy

I got an offer of aloan to which i had called through, the consultant offered me a lower amount to which i agreed, they had asked me to go into the branch with my id, proof of add, payslip and bank statements, i go to the gateway branch only to be told the guy that does personal loans is on lunch and no-one else can help, next day to overport and ws helped by fiona, who 1st didnt want to take my bank statments cos even tho it was stamped on the 20th and had no transactions thereafter wasnt good enough but eventually took them, she then says she cant go on without settlement letter, so i said nobody told me this. i called in to the call centre and spoke to pretty who says nedbank has lowered my offer and increaded the interest but cant give me any details just yet, then i get a sms to go in to sign updated documents, now that says nothing to me, no phone call or anything to tell me what is happening, so i called and spoke to pretty again who says that the amount is lowered no y nothing and i need to be inconvenienced to go back to that unfriendly branch, i called complaints and that also wasnt helpful cos cindy made me feel i dont knw how to use the site. its not nice running around
