Very Disapointed

I had an accident the evening of 23 March 2012, in Polokwane (Corner of Plein & Devinish streets).
Since then I've been phoning them regularly. This last month they sended me a letter informing me that the case was closed LAST YEAR OCTOBER already. Nothing had been resolved. I send numerous e-mails as well as a registered letter on the 26/11/12, and they kept informing me that they have not received anything. Everytime I send an e-mail (they asked) when I phone them again they received it but next time same story from the start. Everytime I phone I can not even speak to the same person. I need this to be resolved for it was not my fault.
