In August 2012, I was called by a call center operator. I was told that as a valued customer of Nedbank, I will be given policies at cheaper rates. I agreed to a road accident policy. I have never received the documentation for that yet monies are being deducted from my account every month.
I was called yesterday by a women who claims to work for Nedbank. She gave me well wishes for my birthday and she wanted to sell a policy to me for cancer. She says that she can see on her system that I have taken the road accident policy. I told her I never received the supporting documents.
She read out my address and gave me an incorrect postal code at the end. She says this is why I have never received anything.
If these insurance people are really from Nedbank, why did they have an incorrect address?
I would like to cancel this policy. I am not sure of how to go about doing so.
Could you please help me.
