One phone call and you know you are right

I received my renewal (01/10/2013) premium schedule this morning by e-mail. It was significantly higher than CPIX. I called to review my premium increase and it so happened that Brent answered the call. With great attitude and going extra mile, Brent managed to reduce my premium to acceptable level of just slightly above CPIX.
Great doing business and keep up the good work.
