WHEN I PHONED CUSTOMER SERVICES. THEY TELL ME TO GO TO THE BRANCH AND FIX IT MY SELF. FOR WHAT DO I NEED TO DO THAT IF I HANDED IN THE CORRECT PAPER WORK IN THE FIRST PLACE.
FIX THIS ASAP. AND TO ADD TO THIS SOMEONE OPENED UP A CREDIT CARD IN MY NAME. I'M STILL STRUGGLING TO GET THE CREDIT CARD CANDLED. WHAT IS GOING ON. FIX IT PLEASE.
