FNB how can we you around?

On the 22nd of August 2013 a email was sent to Midah requesting assistance. A month later and all feedback was received or even an acknowledgement to say we are working on the problem or so forth. On Friday the 20th September I sent another mail and all feedback was received from Midah. This is the type of employees FNB has and which there customers around who gives business to them.
