I recently cancelled my policy in November 2013, and to date have not received any feedback, let alone any form of contact from the Fund.
I managed to receive a pay out in January 2013, but have not received any correspondence from the Fund re breakdown of payment, etc.
i have sent emails dated 20 January 2013, as well as 21 January 2013 - today - requesting assistance, and acknowledgment of the request - yet NO FEEDBACK RECEIVED!!!
Please advise? As i cannot understand how an entity of this scale and magnitude cannot provide any sort of acknowledgement or feedback on queries.
Poor service to say the least.
