Written complaint emailed to them on 2/7/2013, received response from them on 3/7/2013 requesting info on the product. I responded to that e-mail on 4/7/2013. On 24/7/2013, I emailed them again requesting feedback as till then no news from montic. Received an email on 25/7/2013 advising that my complaint was handed over to Quality Control and they are "patiently" awaiting feedback. On 10/10/2013 I sent another e-mail asking for feedback and to date no news from them - disgusted we should all stop buying their product/s
