I bought an item over Wicount that closed on the 14th of August. After closing, I got no confirmation of shipping or any type whatsoever. I e-mailed [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] as per below:
'Good Day,
I have successfully ordered an item as per the screenshot attached which closed on 14th August @ 0:00.
I have not had any feedback on the order?
When will the product be shipped and when can I expect it?

I did get a read receipt for Tewis Jacobs about 5mins after sending the e-mail but nobody responded to the e-mail.
I inquired again on the 20th of August again Tewis read the e-mail, but still no response.
This level of service is unacceptable.
