I took out a policy for my mom and over the years Clientele Life informed me that the policy is valid for my mom. In Feb this year I called in and spoke to Nthabileng where she informed me that my policy is in areas and you will make a double deduction and again she informed me that there is cover for my mom. The debit orders went off as promised and I believed policy is active and there is cover. My mom passed on over the weekend and to my surprise when I called in yesterday, they informed me that there is no cover. I am very disappointment in SERVICE receive from Clientele Life, it is a disgrace I mean you take out a policy in case someone pass on then you know there is available funds as no one has money lying around these days. I was mislead all these years. I need you to retrieve sales conversation and assist me with urgent feedback as I need to make funeral arrangements and have no alternative.
