I wrote to Standard Bank requesting them to clear my name on their records since I had PAID UP their CREDIT CARD and REVOLVING LOAN. I also requested letters confirming that I have paid the accounts in full. I was told some division of the bank will contact me. It's been more than a month now nothing has happened. Can standard bank please respond to my request and stop sending me from pillar to post. I trust they are professional and can do better than this.
