I would like to lay a complaint against DMC for placing a trace alert on my name for a debt I had with Cell C from 2006. According to the law any debt which you have not made payment to in more than three years prescribes. This trace alert giving me hussles since I cant apply for anything in my name. I need that trace alert removed from my name immidiately or I will have to turn to my attorney for assistance in this matter. What you people are doing is not right taking advantage of people who dont have information regading such matters. Please attend to this matter urgently before I resort to legal action.
