No Pension Payment for October 2013

I am a Absa Pensioner (ex staff member). Our pension must be paid on the 20th of each month (after12:00am) and until now no pension was paid into my account. My debitorders were debited from my account and ABSA sent me an SMS requesting that I rectify my account. I phoned Action Line this morning this monring (ref number 2531056) and spoke to Judith Lekhuleni. She phoned back and told me that no pensioner was paid today and she could not give me a reason. They will pay us later in the day but she cannot confirm when
