I have been persued by Capitec Bank for over 11 years for a loan that I did not take. I was contacted in 2003 by someone in Cape Town confirming (Parow Branch) that there was a fradulent loan on my name but they will sort it out. I had to write affidavits and submitt banks statements in this regard. Again in 2006 it came up again and did the same. Again 2010 and still today I haunted by those credit collecters. Capitec could not send me any proof that I took this loan. I have asked for contract docs and never recieved any
