I get my disability pension on the 20th of the month, I am a disability pensioner, use to work for Absa. What a surprise did I get this morning, got a sms from Absa personal loans, about not having any funds in my account for my debit order. I phoned Absa at 0860639369, was told that they are aware of the problem that some pensioners did not get paid and they are working on the problem. I cannot believe that only some of the pensioners did not get paid, how do some get paid but others not. It is so embarrassing when your debits order cannot go thru because of this, it does not reflect on the bank but on the customer, I might get a bad report because of Absa staff not doing their job. I am not a very happy client. How long will it take to correct the problem.
