I've resigned from Absa on 31 July 2013, since then there seems to be no movement in processing my pension documents. I have made enquiries but get no satisfactory answers. Nobody seems to know precisely what's happening and when I'm even going to get my pension money. My life has come to a stands-still because of incompetent staff employed in the pension department.
