NO FEEDBACK ON PENSION FUNDS

I have resigned at Absa on 01/05/2013. I received a call from a lady in the pension funds department regarding the pay out of my pension fund. She Left a very unclear voice message. Regardless, I have been trying to get hold of these people ever since with no luck what so ever. Every time I call, I either get voice-mail, and no one returns my call, or I get told the lady who is handling your pension is not here right now. I want to know what is happening so that I know when I can re-invest my pension. And no I don't want Absa to do that for me, I will do it myself. Who must I speak to and where must I go? The call centre knows just as much as I do... nothing! Please get back to me so that I can get on doing what I need to and not worry about where my money is!
