My name is Thabiso Molefe (ID 7405056405081 employee number 9036043) i've resigned from ABSA BANK in Rosebank, My ex manager Martie Mostert, my last day was on the 31 May 2013, before i resigned i confirmed with HR, Manager, Pension Fund department how long will my pension being paid in, they all said after six weeks of which it didn't happened and we are on the 9th week now, i have bills to pay.
When i phoned they all changed information, this are all responsible people;
Martie Mostert - not available when i phoned
Rona Baxter - HR ADMINISTRATOR who confirmed by e-mail that my pension has been processed before i've left.
Gentleman by the name of Pension from Pension fund and Busi or Vusi they all gave me other story that they are still busy but they can't give exact reason, i have bills to pay and family to support, i've bind myself with business deals knowing that my will be in by then, now this poor service is happening, if you out of the bank thats when you will realise how BAD SERVICE does ABSA offer to Customers. Hope and trust this will be solve before end of this week.
