We bought a house last year and credit checks and evertthing was done me and my husband both was approved for the homeloan. a year later we applied for a second bond when the bank requested a credit check we told them that it is fine because we did not make any extra debt. when they did the credit check they informed my husband that there is 4 judgements agains his name. we have got no idea where it is coming from or who put it against his name.
we have been struggling now for 3 months to get this sorted out. we phoned the lawers to whom these cases was handed over to so when we asked them who the client is who handed us over and then they informed us that they do not have any record of my husband. so if they do not have any record how can there be judgements PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE is there any body who can help us to sort out this
