Your messing with my credit record, poor service

I have been paying, actually overpaying every month via electronic payment. Some months I pay twice. I have now applied for a loan and have been told that because the payment went through one day late for the first time, you have gone and logged me as a poor payer. Although the months before I paid more than required and thereafter again I paid more than twice the required payment. I am told by your consultant Marvin that even if I overpay my instalment that the money is not carried over to the next month and because of that 1 day my record is messed up. Does this mean that you do not promote paying in advance or overpaying in order for me to get rid of this account. Instead to keep me tied you mess with my record because an electronic payment went through one day late.

I also tried to change my postal address and am told that I must go into the branch. I did the same in September and did not need to go into any branch. You also have my home address as my postal yet I did not and do not live there. So why in September I could change my postal details and now I am getting the run around.
