Goodday

i did cell phone banking 3 weeks back, and by accident deposited into the wrong acount but immediatly went into the bank in cape town to advised about the mistake and a kind lady by the name of Zulpha Davids assisted me and blocked the client account accodingly, but im upset because its 3 weeks now and i still didnt get my money back or got a phone call from management to let me know what the next step is, yes it was my mistake but im pretty sure they can re-inburst me, also like zulpha said they tried contacting the client but to no avail clients phone is on voicemail.. i really dont know what to do.. im fedup, unhappy and R2000 short and really just want to be refunded...
