I applied for a free credit report on 12 aug 2013 online - I was advise to phone transunion, which I did on 13 aug 2013. I was told to fax a copy of my id as well as proof of residence to 011 2527520, which I did the same day. they advise me that it will take between 5 to 7 working days.
needless to say, im still waiting.
I have send an email as well as trying to phone them, but with no avail.
please assist.
