Nedbank has listed me on the itc as a bad payer, after luring me into a false contract cessation which actually turned out to be a "arrangement: they are now treating me as if I am a bad payer and I just want to cancel the arrangement so that I can take ownership of my credit card again because "arranging" to close the account with them has caused me endless grief!!!
their customer service is of the worst that I have ever received in this land!!!
I am disappointed and disgusted with my treatment!!!
I expect someone to call me back and GET THIS SORTED!!! WITH A FLAIR FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION and not the shoddy service I've received for the last 12 months
