On the 23Aug R5000 was wrongfully withdrawn from my acc by criminals that STD bank is well aware of who are running a at ATM machines. they rig the machine get your pin number and use your details at an ATM 5min away. i was at an ATM just off voortrekker road goodwood, they withdrew money inside Goodwood mall and tried again later that same evening to make a withdrawal from my account. it took STD center 22days to get back to me only to be told that the bank will not be refunding my R5000 as it is not regarded as but . be it or their ATM machines are not secure enough to protect us consumers and they think absolutly nothing of it. for the agent to tell me they that are well aware of this type of and how these criminals are going about rigging machines and our money. i am absolutely off and will be leaving STD bank aftr nearly 15years of banking with them. i will not stand for them just blatently telling me they will not be refunding me and i will take this further.
