I took out a service plan with the company with the understanding that is the first four month's premiuns were paid, within 3 days the policy will be active and the service will be covered.
Well I signed up for a three year contract subsequently paid the 4 months premiums and sent proof of payment. Upon which I got email stating policy is active and confirmation that I can book the service.
And guess what??? They conned me! They did not cover the service and I had to pay for the service myself and after 3 more phone calls I am still waiting for a consultant to phone me back.
Just thought I might actually get someone to call me back from here
