I called on the 14 February 2013 to find out how I go about having my car serviced, as it is now due for a service. I was advised by Alicia that my plan is not yet active and I can't claim! I took this policy out in November 2012, therefore allowing way more than enough time for my policy to be active before I need to have my car serviced. On finding out this information I asked to speak to a supervisor, as I am not accepting this excuse. Alicia advised me that all the supervisors were busy but promised that either Lucanyo (not sure on spelling) or Thabo would call me back. It is now the 19 February and no one has called me back!!! I need this sorted out ASAP!!
Not a happy customer!
I tried to submit the above complaint on Liquid Capital's website only to be given an error continuously, leaving me with no other option but to come to HelloPete
